Privacy in TPPC is tied to workspace controls, not vague promises.
This page explains what the product handles, what anonymous mode changes, and what a team should expect before using TPPC for managed governed AI workflow implementation.

1. Controller and contact
- • The Prompt Power Code (TPPC) is a brand of Sosiale AI US LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. Sosiale AI US LLC is the controller for the personal data described on this page.

2. What TPPC is processing
- • Account and organization workspace data needed to authenticate the user and scope their work.
- • Workflow inputs such as narrative descriptions, governance details, evidence summaries, uploaded files, and clarification answers.
- • Generated outputs such as diagnosis reports, design reports, activation-readiness plans, executive summaries, and exports.
3. How workspace privacy controls work
- • Each organization workspace can allow or disable raw-upload storage.
- • Each workspace can allow or disable report exports.
- • Each workspace can allow or disable cross-workflow learning inside that organization only.
4. Anonymous mode
- • Anonymous mode is intended for teams that want to avoid sharing company names, employee names, customer names, or exact system names.
- • Users can provide redacted evidence, role labels, department labels, and system categories instead of exact identifiers.
- • Because anonymous mode limits assumptions, TPPC may request one more proof-style or measured example before recommending activation.
5. Product boundary
- • TPPC is a fully managed product. Users are not expected to provide API keys or operate model infrastructure.
- • The product is designed to return workflow decisions, visualizations, and implementation reports rather than open-ended prompt outputs.
- • Human approval boundaries remain part of the product model. TPPC is not intended to silently remove review or signoff responsibilities.
6. Purchases and automated review services
- • For an AI Workflow Opportunity Review, TPPC processes the buyer email, company or team, role, workflow description, systems, volume band, data-sensitivity selection, human-control boundary, success target, and Stripe checkout references needed to fulfill the order.
- • Stripe processes payment and billing information. TPPC stores checkout status and fulfillment details but does not store full card numbers.
- • Submitted workflow details are processed by the configured AI provider to generate the review. The report and order emails are sent through the configured transactional email provider. A TPPC operator is alerted only when an exception gate requires support.
7. Business contact and outreach privacy
- • TPPC may use limited business-contact information from public company websites and professional team pages, or from vetted business-data providers, to send a small number of role-relevant messages to corporate subscribers. This process is not used for personal email addresses, sole traders, or individual subscribers where consent is required.
- • The data is limited to a business contact name, corporate email address, employer, role, region, source reference, and the delivery, engagement, reply, or suppression status needed to operate and audit the outreach.
- • The purpose is to introduce a workflow review where the person’s published responsibilities reasonably match the operational problem. TPPC relies on legitimate interests only after assessing the specific purpose, necessity, reasonable expectations, privacy impact, and relevance of the contact.
- • Every commercial message identifies TPPC and Sosiale AI US LLC, explains why it may be relevant, links to this notice, and provides a direct unsubscribe route. You can also reply with “stop” or email support@thepromptpowercode.com.
- • The right to object to direct marketing is absolute. TPPC stops outreach when an objection or unsubscribe is received and keeps only the minimum suppression record needed to prevent future contact.
- • Inactive outreach records are reviewed at least annually and deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed for the stated purpose. Suppression records may be retained for as long as needed to honor an objection.
8. Legal bases, providers, and rights
- • TPPC processes account and paid-service data as needed to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service. Consent or legitimate interests may apply to optional analytics and communications, depending on the context.
- • Service providers such as hosting, database, payment, transactional-email, analytics, and configured AI providers process data only for the functions described here. Processing may occur in the United States, the EEA, or other provider locations subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
- • Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. UK contacts may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
9. Practical guidance for teams
- • Feed only the workflow evidence needed to diagnose or design the implementation path.
- • Use anonymous mode or redacted evidence when the team is not comfortable sharing direct identifiers.
- • Review workspace privacy controls before uploading sensitive files, especially whether raw uploads and exports are enabled.
- • Treat generated recommendations as decision support that should be reviewed by the organization owner, reviewer, or approver roles already defined in the workspace.
